About Me

My photo
Camelia
I recently appeared on National tv cooking with James Martin in a competition to find uks best home cook. I won the South West region and overall came third.I have always been in a food enviroment as my father was a top Chef who taught me everything I know. At the age of 16 I wanted to learn more and become a chef, but he discouraged me saying it was hard work long hours and said it would be better to cook for pleasure and really enjoy it. He was right and I was lucky to have him as my mentor and thank him for all my inspiration and knowledge. I am married to Richard and we have 2 children Lara and Nick of whom I am extremely proud. They too love food and are fab cooks!
